The Ratzeburg AMEOS Clinic is a complex of buildings fully occupied and operated by AMEOS, a key partner in the German Galaxy JV. It consists of a complex of buildings (located in Röpersberg str. 45-47 and Schmilauerstr. 108 & 112) with a total GLA of 623,596 Sq. Ft. The buildings offer 422 beds for geriatrics, rehab and nursing patients as well as 187 senior living apartments. Recently refurbished in 2017 and there are 170 parking spaces available at the property.

The town of Ratzeburg is located in northern Germany, in the State of Schleswig-Holstein. Major cities in the surrounding region include Lübeck (23 km north), Schwerin (47 km east) and Hamburg (approx. 50 km southwest). The Ratzeburg AMEOS Clinic is well connected via the relatively high frequented street “Schmilauer Str.”, which connects the city of Ratzeburg and the local community “Schmilau”. A bus station is located directly in front of the property.
